Tool shim is an important part widely used in the modern manufacturing industry and can be used to process materials of various hardnesses. During this process, the tools need to resist high levels of wear and impact at all times. Carbide gaskets can increase tool life and productivity.
The main usage for the Carbide shims is assisting in the cutting of carbide inserts, so it has high requirements of flatness. We need to ensure there is no gap between two pieces of carbide shims when put together.
The sizes we are mainly producing are American standard. We have almost all the sizes in stock and can provide you with immediate delivery. All the carbide shims are produced with 100% virgin material and through HIP sintering. We are supplying them to branded insert manufacturers. Because of the high-quality control standard, the complaint to our products has never shown itself as of today.
