In 2007, Zhuzhou ZZ Import and Export Co., Ltd. (ZZ HARDMETAL) was founded, focusing on the export of tungsten carbide products.

In 2011, we established our Brazilian branch (ZZ COMé Rcio Importaç ã O e Exportaç ã O Ltda. ), aiming to provide faster and better service to our Brazilian customers.

In 2014, Zhuzhou Old Craftsman Precision Alloy Co., Ltd. Was established, specializing in tungsten carbide production, precision machining, and brazing. With top-notch talent, state-of-the-art equipment, and a strong spirit of craftsmanship, we bring these values into every product we make.

As a one-stop solution provider for carbide products and vacuum-brazed wear parts, we ensure quality control from the source by using 100% high-quality virgin powder in all our products. With a 4, 000-square-meter factory equipped with facilities for powder mixing, pressing, semi-machining, sintering, machining, and brazing, we manage all production processes through ERP and MES systems in accordance with ISO9001: 2015 standards.

Our Products

ZZ Craftsman focuses on the research and development of new wear-resistant carbide materials. Our carbide-brazed products provide solutions for material and pneumatic conveying systems, especially under complex working conditions, across industries such as cement, thermal power, steel, coal, ports, chemicals, new energy, mineral processing, engineering machinery, and concrete pipe piles.

These wear-resistant products are designed to withstand harsh environments, including extreme temperatures, high impact, and abrasive conditions. They offer reliable wear protection for equipment operating under heavy loads, large material sizes, and intense impact scenarios. With over 10 years of industry experience, we provide one-stop services from product design to production and installation, tailored to meet specific customer needs.

In addition, our carbide blanks, including carbide drawing dies, bushes, nozzles, strips, and plates, are made using high-quality virgin material and HIP sintering to ensure superior hardness and bending strength.
